NEW YORK, NY–July 29, 2020–Positive Planet US today announced the launch of its first US office, based in New York City, to serve the needs of future entrepreneurs and job seekers in US communities as well as in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Positive Planet will provide guidance and tools such as financial education, vocational training, access to financing, and financial support so their beneficiaries can launch and develop income-generating activities.

The three essential areas of intervention are: entrepreneurship, financial inclusion and education, and inclusive value chains.
“Our launch in the US is an important first step for Positive Planet International to help budding entrepreneurs and the unemployed realize their goals of financial independence and break the chains of poverty”
Jacques Attali, Founder and President of Positive Planet International
“We are hitting the ground running to focus on the neediest communities in the midst of this global pandemic. We are currently establishing relationships with US organizations and donors, as well as partnering with foundations supporting inclusive economic development.”
