As a former leader of B2B strategy for IKEA BUSINESS, she managed an international team spanning 24 markets, combining a client-focused approach with collaborative leadership to achieve significant market expansion. Her comprehensive experience includes business development, strategic consulting, startup advisory, B2B marketing strategy, and international economic development, with leadership roles at companies such as BCG, IKEA, and ESPRIT.
Inspired by the women entrepreneurs she has supported, Astrid launched her own business, where she applied her proactive and innovative mindset to develop patented products and successfully execute go-to-market strategies for niche markets. Her firsthand experience extends to advising on strategy, customer engagement, and navigating government partnerships.
A multilingual communicator fluent in seven languages, Astrid is adept at building relationships and presenting to diverse audiences across cultural and organizational boundaries.
